After a year into the shoe game, I have splurged in my first online shopping experience. I purchased from Sneakerhead.com. I think that this the only US site that ships to the Philippines. I was actually hoping that my purchase would not push through but now that my kicks are here; I'm one very happy sneakerhead. It took about 7 days for the package to get to customs then I got my notice after 9 days and finally today I picked them up in Pasay.
Interested in what I purchased? See them after the jump.

Finals as finale
This is it, my final purchase for the year. Dear God, please give me the strength to resist the coming drops. Zoom Kobe 4 Finals, Home. Luckily I was still able to cop size 12s from Nike Park MOA. View the pics after the jump.
I am very happy with this purchase, except that the soles were not perfectly done. The white paint on the sole was sloppy. Here's a pic with the away.
Away, solo.
Other updates: Jordan Hall of Fame pack, Jordan 1 (Black/gray), and a Jordan tee.

After a very long hiatus
It's been almost a year since my last post and it feels good to start posting again. My addiction started from the release of the Hyperdunk at around July last year and I can say that it really has been crazy since then. The shoe game is a very expensive and addicting hobby; surfing through sneaker sites and forums has become part of my daily routine. I would advice those who haven't caught the bug yet to step away from this game.
Anyway this post is to share the kicks I have amassed for a little over a year now. See them after the jump.
A pair of Zoom Kobe 4s, and the Zoom 81. I love the Kobe line, the Kobe 1 and 3 are in my wish list. I'm hoping for the Finals or Championship/gold medals to drop here.
Some Team Jordans: Jordan Olympia United We Rise, Jumpman Team pro, and CP3 2. CP3 2 is best among this group, Olympia has little cushioning while the Team pro is a bit too heavy.
Flywire + Lunar foam or more commonly known as the Hyperdunk and Hyperize. The hyperdunk has bottomed out on me hoping that the Hyperize would last longer. Nonetheless I love this line, will surely cop the next one.
Lifestyle shoes for malling, Presto Retro, Air Max 1, and Lebron 6 low. I'm tempted to use the LBJ6 for balling but the lack of ankle support scares me. Cushioning is the best though.Sneakers: Lacoste and some Onitsuka Mexicos.
For balling in cement courts: Jordan 12.5, and Zoom Flight Club. I rarely use the 12.5s while the latter is part of my regular rotation.
I learned a lot from playing this game, here are some things to avoid, don't fall for the hype, buy what you like. Sometimes patience is virtue because some will eventually go on sale while there are times that you should buy at first sight or you'll end up regretting it. Moving forward my game plan is to budget, limit, and more importantly plan.

Nike Clearance Sale
Nike Rufino Towers is having a clearance sale. It started last Monday, Oct 13 and sale will be until Friday. I was there yesterday and impulsively bought me a pair. It was at 50% off, what is a sneaker addict supposed to do? They said yesterday that more stocks will be coming in today, so hurry go now!

Zoom Victory
I've always been attracted to the Zoom Victory, it uses Flywire technology like the Hyperdunk. It's also compatible with the Nike +. Anyway it's now on sale at Nike Stadium Rockwell, price is down to P4,156.
AJF III
The AJF III is also available at Nike Stadium Rockwell. Even at 6'2" I used to be a low cut shoe person. But after college when I gained weight and started having ankle problems, I've moved on to high cut shoes. But, since I've lost 20 pounds and getting closer to my old athletic shape; I am tempted to go back to my low cut ways.
Hyperdunk - Lakers Away
It's true the Lakers away colorway is available in Manila! I spotted them over at Nike Stadium Alabang Town Center and Rockwell. If I was in the market looking for Hyperdunks, I would get this over Dirk's colorway.
Clearly, it shows that compared to my previous Hyperdunk post, the picture here is a lot better. I used dear wifey's Canon Ixus 960is.
